Patch notes: V 2.2.23.190

The following improvements and fixes were implemented:

    - Fixed the bug when discarding a fuel block, which appeared in maintenance tasks as incorrectly located.
    - Fixed AO map to prevent it from clipping through supply room shelves.
    - Fixed bug in boron filtration column that visually appeared to be working even though it was not [2].
    - Fixed bug in MSCV display selector when turbine control panel was off.
    - Fixed the NO POWER IN COOLING TURBINE alarm error that was triggered in some situations without reason.
    - Fixed a bug with genset room lights where the lamps would continue to glow even when turned off.
    - Fixed bug with external power available indicator light where it was green instead of red.
    - Fixed AO pathfinding bug that prevented it from reaching the Pressurizer.
    - Fixed the bug of premature wear of the generator sets during start-up.
    - Fixed low oil consumption during circulation pump warm-up.
    - Adjusted the cost of transformers and resistance banks, and the costs of associated upgrades, to balance them across classes.
    - Adjusted evaporation and condensation calculations within the condenser.
    - Adjusted the ranges of the alarm speakers.
    - Added an external evacuation siren.
    - Added new trophies for successful audits.
    - Smoothed out sun rotation if game performance allows.
    - Modified the outage notice on the consumption monitor to include the days.
    - Modified the deterioration calculation for pressurizer heaters so that they require less frequent maintenance.
    - Modified the game update process so that it never overwrites the player's configuration file.
    - Improved the external water shader to react correctly to daylight.
    - Improved the unsimulated water shader for the external reactor vessel so it doesn't appear static.
    - Improved player positioning and animation when manually opening doors during a blackout.
    - Improved the 3D model of the rotating emergency lights.
    - Improved the 3D model of the regulator knobs.
    - Improved the 3D model of the selectors.
    - Improved the damage effect during the reactor explosion.

    WEBSERVER

    - Color Coded Maintenance Report and Tasks
    - Webserver updated FUN_DECREASE_INTEGRITY to include Generators and Turbines.
    - Webserver new FUN_FIRE_DRILL to set off a random alarm for X minutes.
    - Added CORE_EMERGENCY_STOP, CORE_END_EMERGENCY_STOP, STEAM_TURBINE_TRIP, and RESET_AO to webserver
    - Webserver GET variable for active alarms
    - New webserver features to allow users to set a custom port, listening interface (localhost or all), and to auto-start on game load.
    - Fixed webserver ability to properly restart after loading a saved game.
    - Tablet Service Compliance demand graph improved dynamic vertical scale to improve readability.
    - Added COOLANT_CORE_FLOW_IN and COOLANT_CORE_FLOW_OUT (Ker Ball One).
    - Added the webserver GET variables COOLANT_CORE_CIRCULATION_PUMP_X_CAPACITY and COOLANT_SEC_CIRCULATION_PUMP_X_CAPACITY for reading the maximum amount of fluid the respective pumps (X ranging from 0 to 2, inclusive) can move, in L/min (Ker Ball One).
    - Added WEBSERVER_VIEW_VARIABLES (Ker Ball One), which is the human-readable equivalent to WEBSERVER_LIST_VARIABLES. If you are reading the webserver variables using automation, always use LIST instead of VIEW, as we may be changing the VIEW formatting over time.
    - Added the following webserver GET variables (Ker Ball One): TIME_DAY (to easily get the current day number), CHEM_BORON_DOSAGE_ORDERED, CHEM_BORON_DOSAGE_ACTUAL, CHEM_BORON_FILTER_ORDERED, CHEM_BORON_FILTER_ACTUAL, CHEM_BORON_DOSAGE_ORDERED_RATE, CHEM_BORON_FILTER_ORDERED_SPEED, POWER_MAX_THEORETICAL_FINAL_PLANT_OUTPUT_MW, CHEM_BORON_PPM
    - Added the webserver GET variable CORE_FACTOR_CHANGE, representing by how much the thermal output has changed since the previous simulation cycle (This is similar to the reactivity gauge of the single fuel rod reactor).
    - Added webserver variable for triggering a SCRAM button press. (Ker Ball One)
    - Added the webserver variables CORE_POOL_COOLANT_TANK_VOLUME, CORE_PRIMARY_CIRCUIT_COOLING_TANK_VOLUME and CORE_EXTERNAL_COOLANT_RESERVOIR_VOLUME.
