Patch notes: B 0.2.00.008

The following bugs were fixed:

  • Fixed the bug in the emergency door: it was not possible to open it.

  • Fixed the bug preventing AO from charging, added info panel in charger, enabled player to pick up AO from the ground when it's off and manually transport it to the charger.

  • Fixed the bug preventing emergency batteries from charging.

  • Fixed inverted meter bug on Power Generating Turbine.

  • Fixed the bug that caused the power generating turbine to continue running even when it had lost flow and operating pressure.

  • Fixed the bug that triggered the dry water bomb alarm when changing the speed.

  • Fixed the bug that prevented buying spare parts even if the previous ones had been discarded or sold (full inventory).

  • Fixed the bug with gensets - not all gauges were on the same scale, causing a difference in fuel measurements.

  • Fixed music volume slider bug: unable to turn it off completely.

  • Fixed the bug where the Pressurizer would stop working unexpectedly.

  • Fixed the bug with the Pressurizer heaters showing a negative value.

  • Fixed the bug that prevented AO from detecting that the Pressurizer heaters needed maintenance.

  • Fixed the bug with repairing control bars - they would never become active again even after being repaired.

  • Fixed the bug showing repair cost and time as zero.

  • Fixed the bug that occurred when there were too many maintenance tasks.

  • Fixed the bug that occurred when activating fast time during some maintenance tasks was fixed.

  • Fixed the bug that prevented AO from energizing the doors when there was a total power outage in the plant.

  • Fixed the bug that prevented a maintenance task from completing if AO couldn't find a way to get there.

  • Fixed the bug in the spare parts disposal form.


The following items are added enhancements:

  • Added windowed mode.

  • Small graphical improvements in pipes, pressurizer, condenser and control room (better smoothing without increasing polygons).

  • Added a status panel to the AO charger.

  • Added a page selector on the tablet, in the maintenance tasks section.


The following items were reported bugs that could not yet be reproduced (or were not bugs):

  • When I load a game I’m holding a battery: I've added some tweaks and validations so it doesn't happen again, but you may still need more information.

  • AO assistant Bateries are not charged: AO must be physically in the charger, and the charger must have enough power to charge AO. Now, with the charger information panel, it is easier to understand the situation.

  • When you press Emergency Stop, the emergency generator can no longer be started: If there is no power in the control room, the gensets can be started only from the supply room (directly from the panel on the genset).

The following bugs were fixed:

Important: Previous savegames are not compatible with this update.

  • Fixed AO bug that prevented it from auto-charging when battery was low.

  • Fixed bug with circulation pumps going out of service after taking a little bit of damage. A visual maintenance indicator was also added for each circulation pump.

  • Fixed “floating spare” bug when changing control rods internal motor fix.

  • Fixed the control room security gate closing and opening in an emergency event.

  • Balanced wear on control pumps when using them without coolant.

  • Fixed bug that caused a license to be lost when an optional objective had not been met.

  • Fixed the calculation of radioactivity generated in a critical event.

  • Fixed bug that would "mix up" the location of spare parts stored in scaffolding when loading a saved progress.

  • Fixed bug that prevented AO internal battery from being reintroduced if previously attempted to connect to an incompatible rack.

  • Fixed bug that caused the control rods internal motor to break too often.

  • Improved AO's ability to react to core temperature variations and adjust control rods more efficiently.

  • Fixed the bug in the automatic mode of the generator sets, which prevented them from turning on or off automatically.

  • Fixed fuel consumption of the generator sets during fast time.

  • Fixed the bug that left the container that supplies coolant to the pumps that charge the outer core vessel without coolant.

  • Added an additional status to the cargo pump lights, to better identify when they are not operational.

Patch notes: B 0.2.00.006

The following bugs were fixed:

  • Fixed hole in the ground when entering the fuel container building.

  • Fixed bug where switch highlights would not turn off when using the switch (during AO help).

  • Fixed discrepancies between the values recommended by AO, the initial values of the setup and those expected by the help protocol.

  • Fixed bug when loading progress with some item in hand.

  • Fixed the bug that prevented turning off the reactor, since it always indicated "reactive state".

  • Fixed the scaling of some indicators so that the operational values are always in the green range.

  • Added new graphics options to better configure some aspects that affect performance.

  • Added a new animated background for the main menu (can be disabled). For now it is experimental.

  • Added new alarms to alert the operator when the circulation pumps are not receiving the necessary power to operate.

Patch notes: B 0.2.00.005

The following bugs were fixed:

  • Fixed the crash when loading fuel manually in the generating set.
  • Adjusted the balance between the pressures of the core vessel, the steam generator and the generating turbine.
  • Adjusted the design of the simulated water of the external containment vessel of the reactor core.
  • Fixed reactor ignition protocol bug that would crash when calling for help a second time when the turbines had not yet reached the commanded speed.
