The Outer Worlds 2 Is Out Now

[p]You’ve trained for this. You’ve read the briefings. You’ve probably ignored most of them. Now it’s time to find out what kind of Earth Directorate agent you really are.[/p][p]The Outer Worlds 2 has officially launched, and the rift-torn colony of Arcadia needs… well, someone. Navigate a world caught between military order, religious prophecy, and corporate branding—and decide which of them deserves your loyalty, your skepticism, or your best sarcastic remark.[/p][p]Your decisions shape everything. Will you follow protocol, break it, or accidentally vaporize it? Forge alliances, betray them, or try to talk your way out of the mess you just created. Every choice carries weight—some of it explosive.[/p][p]Players who grab the Premium Edition can dive even deeper with The Moon Man’s Corporate Appreciation Prize Pack, access to digital artbook and soundtrack, and a DLC Pass for two future story expansions. Because no matter what kind of agent you turn out to be, you might as well look good doing it.[/p][p]So go on—report for duty, or whatever’s left of it. Arcadia’s waiting.[/p][p]The universe needs a hero, but you’ll have to do.[/p]

The Outer Worlds 2 pre-launch hotfix makes you less likely to fall through the world or have to fight a closet

The Outer Worlds 2 arrives in full today, October 29th. Ahead of the gates to Arcadia finally being flung open to those who didn't fancy paying extra for early access, Obsidian have taken a stab at fixing some key issues and pesky bugs which've reared their heads so far. Good news, unless your roleplaying was set to be contingent upon being swallowed up by the ground or having to try and beat up an angry cupboard at some point in the space adventure.
