Interface - kicking off work on the new shop
Gangs - gang symbols
Lighting adjustments
NPC movement fixes
Tutorial - crafting a better system
Adding lights to cars (dimmer during the day, brighter at night)
Resuming work on Garage Hub
Minimap - still in progress visually, but functional. Locations will be added soon.
