I've been hard at work making a new playable version for you all to test out!
Really excited to share with you the new Playtest!
A lot has changed in the game, really curious to gather your feedback and ideas!

The main focus of the playtest is getting feedback on the overall feel of the game and finding things that need to be tweaked, fixed, etc. It's invaluable to me as a developer to gather your feedback so please let me know your feedback in wrath-of-the-mad-king!
There is only a WINDOWS version, due to me switching development from MAC to WINDOWS. The Mac version will be included in the full demo. Since it’s a playtest version, there is no actual installer included and you can play the game directly after unzipping. I hope you like the playtest and I’ll be in wrath-of-the-mad-king to chat about the game as well!
May 2022 Changelog:
New Features:
- Jumping [Press Space].
- Gadget Crafting[Talk to Scrappy to learn how].
- Day & Night Events.
- Dynamic Day & Night Cycle.
- Dynamic Weather System.
- Pedestrian System
- New Zone [Titan Valley]
New Mechanics:
- Battle System [Titan Valley only]
There's now a battle system in place that initiates events depending on your actions against the aliens, like building Watchtowers & Resistance Patrols being started.
General Changes:
- New UI
- Various Visual Improvements
- Decals upon enemy death.
- Improved HUD
- World Map [In inventory]
- Root Motion Animation for humanoid characters.
- 1000+ Bugs defeated.
- Many new ones were probably created.
- New keybindings [press [ESC] for pause menu -> settings menu for all keybinds]
Known Issues:
- Toggling inventory during dialogue sometimes doesn't restart the dialogue.
- Settings Menu shows duplicate screen resolutions.
- Colliders are not always accurate, hence some colliders have been disabled in the nature zones.
