v1.06.60 - Fixes Improvements

- WEAPONS: all weapons now use projectiles for improved accuracy and gameplay
- MAP UPDATE: Specimen Lab: no more squirrels under the floor!
- IMPROVED: 1st person scope system (still needs more work)
