Patched in some fixes for new extraction and compass updates

- FIX: client jump count reset detection after jump jitter tweaks
- FIX: client compass rotation
- FIX: client compass extraction nav icon
- FIX: client HUD game over screen
- FIX: multiplayer extraction game over detection
- FIX: host game over items - remove rogue 100 ammo icon
- ADDED: squirrel town maps for multiplayer testing
