The Squirrellies have adapted glider tech to work with their squirrel control chips.

- press Q while in the air to deploy

Dev note: while we could have used a glider mesh for the squirrel, this was way funnier!

Other changes / fixes:
- Summer Squirrels water physics volume fixed near APC
- Stair side wall collision fixed in houses

- mission menu bug fixed

- grenade and proximity fixes
- mission objectives should replicate to clients now (needs more testing)

- clicking a locked mission zone, then selecting an unlocked mission zone correctly re-adds the mission accept button

- multiplayer max ammo tweaks and fixes
- multiplayer squirrel death spurting blood and ragdoll replication added
- PvP damage for all weapons enabled
- LMG (Larry's Machine Gun) spread while moving updated
