Update Notes for v0.99.6 (client-only update)

Added Help option to the in-game menu, shows the most common controls and camera help
Fixed getting a 1-star Time Trials result after a 0-star result was not always unlocking new events (since v0.97.2)
Fixed event completion levels in Time Trials for 0-star results (was 0..50% when it was supposed to be 0..25%, root cause for the issue above)
Old 0-star Time Trials results may still have invalid rank in Global Leaderboards (they will get updated once the result is improved)
Level downloading from Steam now times out earlier (helps if download queued, in that case downloading the track from the host instead)
More colors in /who, also added option /who /levels to show the numerical rank levels (not in dedicated servers yet until server update)
Miscellaneous other minor fixes and improvements
