Update 0.9.19

Fixed a bug that prevented the construction of screens on the island.
No more fall damage when wings are activated.
White shields now have a destruction effect.
Jellyfish become neutral after shooting down rocket launchers and are ignored by turrets or other captured enemies.
The foundation structure will not deform the landscape so much. So that it will not obstruct the passage of vehicles.
Additional optimization on several levels, minor fixes.
