Update 0.8.43

Island: New large project to build - vertical wind turbine.
Island: Added markup grid and shading when building some items.
Island: slightly accelerated manual resource extraction.
You can now buy an electric engine in the store (except for the limited resources of the island, there was no place to get them anymore)
F1 button - "repeat task" function is replaced by "log", where you can listen to more previous audio.
Small edits to the audio system.
Some fix on scout factories.
