Game patch 1.0.11

Hey folks!

This patch focuses on making the "Normal" and "Easy" difficulties easier. The difficulties "True" and "Masochist" will remain unchanged. It also tackles some complaints raised by the community regarding the save file count.

Version 1.0.11:
- levels that require exfiltration after completing the main objective now grant the player extra savefiles upon completion based on the difficulty (Normal: +2, True: +1, Masochist: 0)
- when finishing a cutscene with a save checkpoint, there was no UI element being created to let the player know that this was the case - now there is
- further slightly reduced enemy vision range, and vision range when the player has been out-of-sight for a long enough time period
- all player-made noise radius on "Easy" and "Normal" difficulties reduced by 35% and 20%, respectively
- fixed a crash related to throwing grenades and it's detonation flash, when resetting the game to the last savefile under certain circumstances
- fixed a rare crash related to aiming at objects right underneath the player and firing a round at it
- turkish localization tweak

Game patch 1.0.10

Version 1.0.10:
- added automatic language selection based on operating system locale on first game launch

Game patch 1.0.9

Hey folks!

This patch mainly focuses on tweaking the way the enemy view range works, to hopefully prevent, or reduce, the amount of instances where you get an off-screen kill.
Please note that by off-screen kill I mean when you are looking all the way in one direction, can't see the enemy, and get a faceful of lead from the direction you're facing.

Version 1.0.9:
- tweaks done to the enemy view range:
* slightly reduced overall enemy view range to prevent very blatant off-screen deaths, when looking as far as possible
* enemies will now have a slightly reduced vision range if they haven't seen the player for at least 5 seconds
* enemies will, however, have their vision range slowly increase back to normal over time when they hear the player make noise
* they will also have their full vision range briefly the moment they enter combat; if you manage to stay out-of-sight for a long enough time, then their vision will once more fall back to the reduced level

- fixed a crash that occured when trying to use the mic and the microphone input failed to be initialized
- fixed a mis-placed sticking-out invisible wall on the last level

Game patch 1.0.8

Hey folks!

Here's another quick patch which remedies some things the community mentioned. Hopefully the Throwing Knife controls are a bit more comfortable now.

Version 1.0.8:
- throwing knife controls revamp:
- fire button now always melees, instead of throwing
- throwing a knife is performed by holding down the right mouse button (aim mode) and clicking the left mouse button (fire key)
- throw distance of the knife is no longer scaled by the mouse distance

- slightly lowered volume of tile footstep sounds, as they were a bit too loud (noise levels remain unchanged, don't worry!)
- fixed a crash related to loading a savefile while being in a vent shaft
- fixed toggle aim mode not working on the throwing knife, empty magazines
- fixed goons not having their height updated when dead/unconscious, resulting in them being visible over tall objects

Game patch 1.0.7

Hey folks!

This patch mainly focuses on responding to player feedback for the game, and addresses a couple of points raised by the community.

Version 1.0.7:
- enemy FOV reduced to 160 degrees (was 170)
- increased footstep sound volume (noise levels remain unchanged, don't worry!), for better audio feedback for the player
- tweaked the player gear sound cutoff values, so that they play at lower noise levels, to better let the player know that their gear is making a lot of noise
- adjusted suppressed/quiet weapon noise travel power - they're not whisper quiet, but they're going to be a lot less audible if fired in an enclosed area (VP9 users rejoice!):
- Tranq Rifle and Tazer - huge reduction
- VP9 - large reduction
- MK23 - large reduction
- P320 - moderate reduction

- fixed being able to get stuck in 1 spot on the level "'Luxus' Incorporated"
- fixed "Out of Their Misery" being unlocked instead of "Whodunit?" in certain cases
