Update 0.4.5

Update 0.4.5 revamps the single selection UI, adds new objective markers and improves research pacing.

Patch Notes:

Visuals:
- New single selection UI
- Minimap markers for relics and objectives

Stability:
- Various tournament bugfixes and small improvements
- Resolved a crash that could occur when joining or leaving a lobby

Balancing:
- Tier 2 and 3 research cost decreased for all factions
- Harbors have more hitpoints
- Workers do less damage to structures
- Players no longer lose when their harbor is destroyed but allied harbors still exist

Update 0.4.4

Update 0.4.4 introduces in-client tournaments, reworks mercenaries and makes the game feel more vivid with run and gallop animations.

Patch Notes:

Features:
- Added in-client tournaments
- Equipment is refunded when cancelled
- "Villages" replace previous "Mercenaries"
- Villages don't spend supplies, but leave them to be taken by players
- Villages start neutral but can be allied with gifting them essence
- Allied villages provide vision and defend against raids by opponents

Visuals:
- Units have run animations
- Added horse gallop animation
- Faster gathering animations
- Added spot animation for the Spotter
- Added more information to single selection view

Balancing:
- Only harbors need to be destroyed to achieve victory
- Increased variety in unit speeds
- Reduced time between attacks for most units, while keeping dps the same

Update 0.4.3

Update 0.4.3 brings many QOL improvements through an improved user interface and a new welcome screen. It also addresses some bugs related to lobbies.

Patch Notes:

Menu:
- New welcome screen

Visuals:
- Reworked harbor button and shipment notification
- Added ping and inventory detail button
- Hotkeys visible on all buttons
- Ability cooldowns are now animated
- Equipment charges have a progress bar
- Structure icons contain an additional helper icon to describe their purpose
- Builders no longer appear to be constructing the first harbor from the water
- Player colors no longer change when a new player joins

Stability:
- Resolved an issue where AI would kick players from a lobby during a game
- Leaving a lobby no longer has a delay
- Resolved an issue where ships would not move on Dragon's Reach

Academy:
- Various bugfixes and improvements

Update 0.4.2

Update 0.4.2 brings an improved mission faction selection, completely revamped tooltips and improved networking stability together with a ping display for all clients in the lobby.

Menu:
- Improved mission faction selection

User Interface:
- Restructured and more detailed tooltips
- Network ping is shown in lobby for all clients
- Lobby keeps updating also when the game is already running
- Alt modifier key is no longer stuck after switching back into the game

Stability:
- Improved networking stability for players with bad ping

Update 0.4.1

Update 0.4.1 brings configurable keybindings, more sounds, improved icons, convenience features and more.

Patch Notes:

Menu:
- Keybindings are now configurable
- Added a background scene

Visuals:
- Icons now have the same color as their models
- Creatures no longer cancel their animation while doing their special attack
- Harbor button shows total supplies
- Improved and added some icons

Audio:
- Added sounds for creatures and their special attacks
- Added interface sounds
- Added pickup and drop sounds
- Added structure selection sounds

Behavior:
- Gatling barrage ability is now single cast
- Ordering a new unit will no longer spawn one per harbor, but only one in the harbor with the most supplies
- Dropping items is no longer instant

- Tribe upgrades structures with travois instead of supplies
