DEMO Patch 0.72 released

DEMO 0.72

We've updated the demo to improve the tutorial in stage 1 and also add-on some reminders during stage 1 itself to remind players of how drift mode works.

- Drift Mode is not a twin-stick feature. It's an AI-powered ability that automatically picks the target best suited for you. However, at the start, this ability is very basic. As you earn more crystals, you'll be able to afford an upgrade to the targeting system which will vastly improve the intelligence of target selection.

- Drift mode is a toggle ability. That means you'll only need to press the "drift" key/button once to enable, once to disable. There'll be a small cooldown between each drift cycle.

- Drift mode is time-limited. It can be upgraded later on to extend the total amount of drift time.

- Drift mode will persist for a short while at "standby" mode when there're no more enemies around. During "standby" mode, drift meter consumption drops significantly.

- Drift mode does not permanently adjust the orientation of your fighter. No matter the situation, drift mode will always restore your fighter to its original orientation.

- Drift mode can be affected by certain weapons you fire or enemy projectiles that ensnares your ship. At such, your ship may "suspend" in motion and your movement speed halves. (Those weapons may not be available in the DEMO)

Conclusion

We hope you'll have fun with Starlight: Eye of The Storm and we'll always be listening to your feedback, suggestions or anything you want to tell us.

Thank you!
