Patch Beta 2.8.298 Fixing trucks and pipes delivery issues!

Hello everyone!

This small patch fixes:
- Pipes not delivering resources after the requesting building's storage reaches a limit.
- Trucks not delivering some resources when only 1 resource is requested.
