In this patch:
- Added filter buttons (logs, warnings, and errors) to the in-game logger
- Added more logs and checks for the crashes
- Fixed some common crashes, working on the rest

Hello everyone!

This patch:
- Moved Computer Factory to the correct category
- Added an in-game logger to see background logs if you have dev mode turned on. Useful for modders and playtesters
- Fixed issue where you couldn't build nanotubes factories and other buildings (hopefully, we'll keep an eye out)
- Added some debugging code for the building issue and for crashes to help us with finding the root cause

Hello everyone!

In this patch we:
- Fix space scene UI only showing a maximum of 3 digits instead of 4
- Fix tutorial and notification panels only reappearing after the player left clicks
- Fix Spaceship Construction Facility showing "No access to road"
- Fix skipping tutorials not updating the Settings' UI
- Fix the red dot not disappearing when tutorials are disabled
- Fix Crude Oil Extractor disappearing when far away
- Add a tutorial for Research Panel (Tech-Tree)
- Add Crude Oil Extractor to tutorials
- Add "No spaceship part selected" for Spaceship Construction Facility
- And some small fixes and improvements

- Pipes not delivering resources after the requesting building's storage reaches a limit.
- Trucks not delivering some resources when only 1 resource is requested.
