[Sneak]Smoke bombs are now part of the new sneak system. Instead of making you totally immune to enemy detection, they provide you with a bonus equal to +100 sneak level when you are standing in it.
[Sneak]You can now gain sneak experience when you are standing in a smoke if enemies fail to detect you. (So, the smoke bombs are now helpful. You can use them to farm sneak experience.)
[Sneak]Once an enemy fails an attempt of trying to detect you, they cannot try it again for a short period. (About a half second.)
[Sneak]You now gain more sneak experience if an enemy fails to detect you to balance the reduced detection frequency.

[Event Generator]Added a new delegate function that will be called when an event has been created. (Can be helpful for modding and maintaining a good code structure.)

[Smoke Bomb]Fixed a bug that allows enemies to keep chasing you after they were confused by a smoke bomb.
