[Element]New Element: Visual
[Character]The default resistance value of the visual element has been set up for all characters.
[Skill]Vision of Terror now has a visual component. It only applies fear to targets that can see.
[Effect]Blind now gives +50000 visual resistance. (It's likely to cover all visual hazards.)
[Effect]Blind is no longer a "negative" effect. It's now a "situational" effect.
[Wiki]Updated the skill page.
[Wiki]Updated the effect page.
[Skill]Skill detail windows now display various tags of a skill.
