Added a caretaker in the Beggar Gangs Camp for pet service.
Added a shady dealer in the Beggar Gangs Camp. It's basically a pawn store.
Added "Lost and Found" in the Beggar Gangs Camp. (The vendor sells cheap scraps at 10% off the price. He also sells lost wallets)
Foundation Lv3 Keycard now appears in the store inventory of "Lost and Found" if you have already get one from Kristin.
New item: Lost Wallet (Each of them may contain an unknown amount of money. They are sold by "Lost and Found" like loot boxes. Thus, technically it's very like gambling.)
Improved the passability of some bridges in Liu's sewer.

在丐帮营地加入了“失物贩卖”。（该角色打九折出售废料，同时出售遗失的钱包）
基金会三级门禁卡在首次从克莉斯汀那里获得过之后将会出现在“失物贩卖”的商店物品清单里。
新物品：遗失的钱包。（其中包含未知数量的金钱，也可能是空的。在“失物贩卖”NPC那里出售。类似于战利品箱，所以实际上很赌博类似。）
优化了疁城下水道里的一些桥梁的通行设定。
