Added 2 possible prefixes for baseball bat, pipe, police baton.

Optimized the rendering speed when scrolling up/down in many selection windows. The item selection windows may benefit most from this optimization.
(Basically, it's a graphics cache to make sure no need to re-draw the entire window when scrolling)
Added a new game option to draw text without shadow so that the rendering speed is improved in many windows. (Default is OFF)
New prefix: Exorciser's (increase damage against ghost enemies)
New prefix: Speedy (increase the item's speed bonus)

Fixed a bug that in some cases an enemy that is supposed to do nothing will still use a basic attack.
