Added 3 more audio channel's volume control over BGS(ambiance sound), ME (Music Effect), and VO (Voice over)

Fixed a bug that master volume sometimes does not affect certain types of audio.
Fixed an issue that the full screen black background is turned into white after alt+tab (I guess this may be the most racist bug I've ever seen. I blame Windows OS >_>)
