[Enemy]Corrupted Yetis can now cast Howls of Terror
[Status Effect]Drunk now adds 30% fear resistance. Thus, Drunk is no longer a pure negative status effect, it's now situational.
[Perk]New Random Pet Perk: Fearful (+20% Fear Success Chance. Some pets such as Scarecrows are more likely to have this perk.)
[Wiki]Updated everything mentioned above to the game's wiki.
