[Sneak]All rats now start with +5 sneak levels.
[Sneak]All shade creatures now start with +12 sneak levels.
[Sneak]Enemies now always have at least a 5% chance to detect you in usual cases. However, other bonuses, such as standing in the smoke, can remove or reduce this chance.
[Enemy]Zombies now have a much reduced detection strength. (If your group's average sneak level is more than 15, you shall be likely safe.)
[Sneak]Enemies are slightly harder to detect if you are not moving.

[Cat]When checking if a character is a cat, the game now uses an element check instead of a class check. So, a character dynamically morphs into a cat can be considered a cat.
[Special Attributions]Different races and species of a character can now provide special attribution bonuses. In the report, it will be listed as a "racial bonus."
[Sneak]All cats now start with +5 sneak levels. (All existing cats shall get this bonus retroactively as this is a racial bonus.)
[Sneak]All ghosts now start with +8 sneak levels. (Ghost Cats will thus start with 14 sneak levels.)
[Pet]New Random Pet Perk: Sneaky (+4 sneak levels.)
[Wiki]Updated the character perk page of the game's wiki.

[Sneak]Smoke bombs are now part of the new sneak system. Instead of making you totally immune to enemy detection, they provide you with a bonus equal to +100 sneak level when you are standing in it.
[Sneak]You can now gain sneak experience when you are standing in a smoke if enemies fail to detect you. (So, the smoke bombs are now helpful. You can use them to farm sneak experience.)
[Sneak]Once an enemy fails an attempt of trying to detect you, they cannot try it again for a short period. (About a half second.)
[Sneak]You now gain more sneak experience if an enemy fails to detect you to balance the reduced detection frequency.

[Event Generator]Added a new delegate function that will be called when an event has been created. (Can be helpful for modding and maintaining a good code structure.)

[Smoke Bomb]Fixed a bug that allows enemies to keep chasing you after they were confused by a smoke bomb.
