- Updated content for Playtest 3.0 [Story Mode]
- Reworked backpack behavior
- Reworked inventory slot system – now adjustable during gameplay
- Stabilized game physics
- Improved accuracy when throwing dynamic objects
- Optimized overall performance
- Optimized VRAM usage and improved streaming pool handling
- Various minor bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where Oculus/Meta controllers might not function properly
- Fixed a bug where enemies sometimes failed to attack the player
- Fixed an issue where the game might not render correctly when the wrong default OpenXR platform was selected; OpenXR selection is no longer required
Known issues:
- Playtests are designed for Meta headsets
- Clicking "continue" without reaching the first checkpoint will cause the game to load forever
- Most settings are currently non-functional – changing them has no effect.
- Grabbing enemies may occasionally cause performance drops.
- Footstep impact sounds can sometimes repeat rapidly in quick succession.
- On systems with slower hard drives, you can experience texture pop-in
- Some objects may not be grabbable at this time.
- Physics accuracy may decrease during performance drops
- If the user is sitting in real life but Frank remains standing in-game, please recalibrate player height in the main menu.
