Terminus: Zombie Survivors - V0.9.9 Beta Hotfix

• Added Russian and Spanish translations for version 0.9.9.
  
• Fixed a bug where inventory weight didn't update immediately when refueling or collecting water in bottles.
  
• Increased the success rate of makeshift fishing rods and fishing rods by approximately 20%.
  
• Made it necessary to use 0.5-2 AP when collecting water from ponds, rain collectors, etc.
  
• When selecting a cooking recipe, the tool with the lowest value is now prioritized.
  
• Fixed some untranslated text and typos.
