Galactic Glitch v1.02 - Balance Tweaks and Fixes
Hey everyone!
We've been listening closely to your feedback since the 1.0 launch, and we've heard a few complaints about the intense difficulty. While the game was always intended to be a challenging experience, we do want to make sure that it's also enjoyable, even on those not so great runs.
So today's update focuses on making the game more rewarding while keeping the challenge fair. We've buffed crate hp and drops, greatly increased rewards from corrupted teleports (the ones where you take damage), and increased the chance of reward rooms throughout your runs. We've also made more powers accessible from the start of the run, to increase variety.
Here's everything that's changed in v1.02:

- Better crate drops and increased crate health
- Much increased rewards from corrupted teleports
- Higher chance to spawn reward rooms in levels
- Increased minimum rewards from mixed crates
- Buffed shotgun special attack
- Removed some power unlock requirements
- Tweaked Cerberus boss fight for better fairness
- Adjusted several enemy attack patterns and difficulty
- Improved camera focus during Cerberus boss fight

- Fixed shop rerolls not working
- Fixed mini-boss healthbar not appearing
- Fixed mini-boss blocking room progression
- Fixed some enemies being immune to player poison
- Fixed post-Behemoth glitchspace teleport not appearing
- Fixed various enemy behavior issues
- Fixed Cybervoid name not showing in Hub Map
- Fixed enemy grenades doing damage when destroyed by player
