Bug Fixes:

FIXED some text spacing issues in the dog armor stat panels
Removed a leftover testing event


Changes & Additions:

Added 5 new randomized main character names for character creation
Balanced Steel's pet ability when in the group (It now only gives mettle to him and the main character if he's in the group, otherwise it gives it to everyone in the apartment when he's just a pet and not a companion)
Tab is now mapped (Just like P) to open the PDA as a hotkey
Added ballistic dog armor (Community request)
Added ballistic dog helmet (Community request)
Updated dog gear shop listings
Added fancy shampoo valuable item
Added peace keychain valuable item
Changed gold ring and gold chain misc items to steel ring and steel chain
Added new versions of the gold ring and gold chain as valuable items (They are significantly more expensive now)
Updated randomized container loot drop lists
Rebalanced the prices of some of the valuable items (Some went up, some went down)
Moved the area transition from Warehouse Alley into Crescent Strip down by 1 tile to make it easier to see (So it's not blocked by the HUD)
Added new item icon art
A few other various tweaks
