Attention, freelancers!

Here's a quick update for the game. Mainly to fix a crash with Steel's equipment screen. There's also a little bit of new stuff - paving the way for what's next.

Bug Fixes:

FIXED an interface issue related to Steel's equip slots when trying to optimized equipment (He has to have a few slots added to the interface to prevent a whole rewrite - the extra slots are locked and cannot be modified but solve multiple problems based on past work when adding in the drones and all of their subsystems - he now has a few "dummy" slots listed that are shared amongst all classes, but his were hidden)
-FIXED one of Splicer's dialogues having a broken loop


Changes & Additions:

Added a bunch of new environmental assets to the tilesets (Technically, they were already in the files but they were not 100% usable how they currently were - Hospital/medical themed)
Added Canal-Side Clinic area (This area will be expanded further VERY soon --- It's in Central Canal Crossing)
Added a new doctor/med item trader ^
Updated several dialogues with unique NPCs with new lore (Especially related to locations)
Updated lighting entities in a few areas (Removed some lights in a few spots and replaced them with shadows to give more of a "moody" feeling)
Added some new unique NPC graphics (Sprites and faces)
Updated map zones list for the world map current zone system
Updated some shop lists
Some other misc tweaks and adjustments
