Bug Fixes:

FIXED a bug where Jackal could join the group and he wouldn't have a biography applied to his character screen in rare cases


Changes & Additions:

Added "Tuned Out" personal side quest for Jackal (You can start this by either getting Jackal as a companion or it'll automatically be added by using the party communicate system - by pressing "T" while playing)
Added new Flaw+ (Survivor's Struggle - upgraded version of Survivor's Guilt - Jackal - gets rid of the -1% mettle regen debuff)
Added Hopeful unique companion skill (Earned by Jackal if he is present upon completing his personal quest - gives +1% Mettle Regen, +10% Confused resistance)
Added a new Steam Achievement
Added some new dialogue hints about some various locations
Updated several Steam Achievement icons
Improved and expanded some dialogues with several unique NPCs (More depth and detail)
Added new dialogue options to some existing unique NPCs (Plot related and lore stuff)
Added some new plot-related equipment (From the new personal quest for Jackal)
Added some new item icon art
Various other minor tweaks and changes
