Salutations, dwellers...

This is mainly to get rid of an old testing event but also adds a new achievement!

Bug Fixes:

• Removed a leftover testing event
  

Changes & Additions:

• Added "Chromed" achievement (Get your first CyWare installed - you'll need to go into surgery for CyWare installation again for this to trigger)
  

NOTE: You DON'T need to start a new game.
