10/23/23 - Chaos Chain Update 1.28.0 (More Halloween Stuff)

Bug Fixes:

FIXED a few typos
FIXED drinking water caused a crash caused by the update which made consumables (Food items specifically) allowed to be used by companions


Changes & Additions:

Improved some redundant dialogue with Redshift (New companion from the last update)
Side Street Diner area now has a set music track
Added Skull Mask head gear (Halloween addition, +10% Shock chance)
Added Collapsible Scythe exotic weapon (Halloween addition, Inv: 6, Dmg: 6, E-Rupture, Init: 4, Hit: 3, Crit: 9, 2H, +20% Bleeding, +10% Stunned, Heavy)
Updated some shop listings
Added Bat Swarm enemy type (Halloween addition)
Added Bat Wing creature misc item
Added Bat Swarm enemy troop encounters
Updated random encounter lists
Added some new ground detail clutter to some exterior areas
Removed some old, outdated, and/or unused graphical files
A few other various tweaks
