Attention, freelancers!

Based on some discussion in our community Discord, here's a small update for the game, adding new options for modifying target rate - especially raising it since there are already so many options to lower it.

Bug Fixes:

FIXED a typo in a valuable item description


Changes & Additions:

Added Enmity learnable skill (+20% Target Rate - Cancels out Low Threat)
Added Low threat learnable skill (-20% Target Rate - Cancels out Enmity)
Added new item icon art
Added Mempo Mask hear gear (Inv: 2, Head, Protection: 1, Armor, 7% Rupture, 5% Puncture, 7% Impact, 3% Heat, +3% Critical Evasion, +5% Target Rate, +3% Shock Chance)
Updated armor shop listings
Updated learnable skill lists for main character and companion
Increased sell price for some of the more rare valuables
A few other minor tweaks

Hey everyone! I originally wanted to include a bit more in this update, but typing and working right now is a bit difficult - I hurt my hand over the weekend (I'm okay) and it's going to take a good few days to heal. So, I have this update for you for the time being.

Changes & Additions:

Added 10 new randomized background music tracks (These are slower, more moody, add some extra tension, more subtle and atmospheric - they add a nice offset to some of the other music present in game)
Optimized some background processes to be a little smoother
Optimized transitional processes to give them a brief pause between code executions
A few other various quick tweaks

[h2]BETA Update 1.90.0 Change Log:[/h2]

Bug Fixes:

FIXED a bug that could cause the current weather sound effect to play in combat but not display the visual effect (Rain, dust, storm, etc)
FIXED Damp status effect (Gained in combat when it's raining and you are currently outside) is now properly given at the start of combat


Changes & Additions:

Extended menu snow effect until Jan 5th (Starts Dec 10th now and lasts until Jan 10th)
Menu sound effect is now tied to weather (Rain effect has the rain sound effect as usual but the snow effect now uses a heavy wind sound effect)
Restored Scavenger skill original functionality (+10% chance to find loot in containers) and improved the original implementation so it is 100% working as intended
Increased the max amount of loot per container by 2 (Ammo containers and large containers now have 7 rolls and regular containers now have 5)
Drastically increased the price of all the "valuable" items added in the last update so that they sell for the intended price (This was an oversight, but when I set the prices originally, I forgot that you don't get the full price when selling - that number is what it would cost when buying)
Damp status effect now displays when it is gained and lost
Further improved readability for the map screen
A few other minor tweaks and changes

Attention, freelancers!

First off, this is update 198 for the game. Hoooooooly Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii-

As promised, here's part 2 of the barter and loot update! I added 13 new valuable loot items that you can find and sell for a good boost to your CCred while exploring Slade City Sprawl. Some of them will obviously be worth more than others and some will be significantly more valuable than others, but I think with these item additions and with the changes from the first part of the update (increased loot percents, more merchants/vendors who will trade instead of just selling stuff, more money by default gained from credsticks, etc), that this will make progression - in terms of equipment and upgrades - much more enjoyable. Looting will also be more enjoyable I think now since you can find more and better loot.

I also compressed the game files (as well as my other games, those updates have already been released!) and reduced the game size by 60 (yes, SIXTY) percent! Woohoo!

Bug Fixes:

FIXED an incorrect carry weight for a couple items (They said they weighed more than they actually did, the numbers now are identical - the weight stayed on what they said in the description box as those were the correct values)


Changes & Additions:

Asset normalization and file compression (All mp3 and wav files have been converted to ogg format - this has reduced the file size but almost 60% of the original size!!! --- This also helps make the game run even smoother --- A fresh install will remove the old and unnecessary files and free up a bunch of space! 
****YES, OLD SAVES STILL WORK JUST FINE***** --- this method WILL BE OR ALREADY IS being applied to my other RPGs and those updates either are already or will be available soon)

Added new item type: Valuables
Added Pocket Bible valuable item
Added Antique Watch valuable item
Added Vintage Pin-Up valuable item
Added Shogun Guitar Pick valuable item
Added E-Pet Toy valuable item
Added Elegant Postcard valuable item
Added Smoking Pipe valuable item
Added Scented Candle valuable item
Added Christmas Ornament valuable item (Also because it's almost Christmas so why not)
Added Solid Gold Bar valuable item
Added Retro Comic Book valuable item
Added Ornate Humidor valuable item
Added Drinking Horn valuable item
Updated loot tables with the new valuable items (They are RARE, but it'll be worth it when you find one - sell them!)
Modified the carry weight of a few items (A few went up slightly and a few went down so it made more sense for the items in question)
A few other quick tweaks and adjustments
