Hotfix 0.4.2.4

- Changes in employees' salary requirements will now be smoother;
- Fixed a bug with a huge decrease in the percentage of ownership in a company after a merger;
- Fixed a critical bug with NaN after issuing shares;
- Fixed a bug that could cause some achievements to carry over from another game session;
- Fixed a bug where a man in a bar offering illegal business would not appear.
