STONKS-9800: Stock Market Simulator News

If you're tired of getting the economic crisis of the early 90s every time in the game (which corresponds to real events), you can now choose a random event mode when creating a new game - the Japanese economy will experience both ups and downs in random order. Have time to react to market fluctuations in time!


New:
- Korean translation has been added to the game;
- The ability to choose a historical or random set of events when creating a new game;
- A new collection of toy dogs;
- Contacts will pick up the phone a little more often;
- The stock exchange now has an icon next to company names that shows the type of activity of the company;
- The city now changes depending on the time of year;
- The main screen now has a special inscription if the player is on vacation;
- The algorithm for calculating monthly financial reputation charges has been changed;
- The upward arrow will now mark the Profile and Advisor tabs when there are important events related to Amy;
- Yoshiro's services have become more expensive;
- Prices for various random events related to the player's company have been reduced;
- A bit of additional code to make it easier for you to collect toy collections;

Company management:
- In the list of employees, department heads will be marked with a different color;
- Employees of your company will now have the correct position information in their profile;
- Viewing candidates is no longer available if all resumes have already been viewed;

- The bank will no longer be so quick and aggressive in taking away your property;
- Fixed calculations for the size of your own company (in money amount);
- Fixed a bug with lifetime blocking of trading on the stock exchange;
- Fixed a game crash if a player has a nickname with certain characters;

- Fixed the issue with the game crash "Variable Index [1] out of range [1] - -1.mycar"
- Fixed incorrect display of tooltips in Japanese

Work of fan localizations has been improved:
- Now the game does not crash if there are blank lines in the translation, but displays English lines.
- Font in fan translations doesn't break every time you launch it.

- The game now has partial support for Steam Input, which means the buttons are displayed correctly for different gamepads (Xbox, Dualshock, Dualsense, Pro Controller). However, the correct display of buttons is not guaranteed when changing configurations in Steam settings;
