Patch 2.2.1

Patch 2.2.1 is now live!

Changes:
• Propcoins - thanks to the community’s feedback, Propcoins for victories and kills have been returned, and they will work exactly like before, in addition to Propcoins for challenges
• Propcoins - the number of Propcoins for completing challenges was reduced from 15 and 30 to 10 and 20
• Challenges - removed challenges that required certain Survivors to complete. You may have these challenges when the game is updated, but they will no longer appear after being completed
• Killers - improved the new hitting system - now Killer will be better at getting to the props that are below or above them
• Props - the new jump system was merged with the old one: now the first jump will allow to adjust the jumping force as before again, and the second jump will have an increased jumping force
• Jun - updated the character’s animation in lobby (his smile should not be creepy anymore)
• Farm, House, School, and Castle - fixed places where props could endlessly run away from Killer
• Survivor Items Select - Items can now be selected with both keyboard and mouse
• Ancient Book - reduced the duration from 6/7/8 seconds to 5/6/7 seconds
• Whoopee Cushion - it can now be broken by any attack that deals damage, and not just regular hits
• Propmachine - reduced bonus for each of the 4 Reaction Check zones from 0/1/2/3 to 0/0/1/2 seconds

Fixes:
• Banshee - fixed an exploit that allowed Banshee to accelerate using Flight
• Granny - fixed that Mine could unexpectedly fly at a Survivor through an entire map
• Granny - fixed that Teacher skin could be worn by itself even if the player did not have the skin (Promotion is over!)
• Akasha - fixed Blade Dance not being able to damage small props
• Akasha - fixed Shadow becoming unusable
• Sheet-Man - fixed that when hitting a prop, Sheet-Man’s hook would fly to the place where the Survivor turned into that prop
• Sheet-Man - fixed that a Survivor could take damage if Sheet-Man used his gas attacks in the place where the Survivor turned into a prop
• Sheet-Man - fixed Gas wasting Poisoned Knife charges
• Sheet-Man - fixed Poop being invisible
• Jun - fixed Jun not having a first person sprint animation
• Jun - fixed Jun automatically saying ‘Thank you’ after being rescued from Hypnochair
• House - fixed too many coins spawning in the map
• Farm, House, School, and Castle - various fixes for collisions and places where props could not take damage
• Abbey - fixed Killer appearing out of the map’s bounds without being able to teleport back
• Abbey - reduced collision of cypresses
• Cryosphere - fixed that a frozen Survivor or a frozen prop were able to move after taking damage again but their textures would remain frozen
• Survivors Items Select - fixed two identical items being able to appear when selecting an item
• Whoopee Cushion - fixed that when throwing a Whoopee Cushion the last interaction UI would appear on the screen
• Coins - fixed Coins being difficult to pick up
• Coins - optimization
• Exit Doors - fixed that when opening Exit Door the hint to ‘Open’ would remain on the screen
• UI Game Results - fixed Killers sometimes having avatars of other characters
• Various fixes to maps, UI, and optimization

Patch 2.2.0

Patch 2.2.0 is now live!

New Content:
• New feature - Challenges! Complete them to earn Propcoins
• New Survivor - Jun! He can be purchased for Propcoins with a temporary 50% discount
• New Survivor Item - Whoopee Cushion! Use it to distract Killers
• New epic skin for Granny - Teacher!
• New epic skin for Sheet-Man - Halloween!
• 10 new banners and avatars!
• 14 new props in different maps!

Changes:
• Removed MMR
• Removed Propcoins for victory, kills, etc. Instead of old ways of getting Propcoins, you can now earn even more by completing challenges
• Customization - discount on Sheet-Man is over
• Gameplay - now Survivors will not have a starting item and they will be offered to choose from two random items at the start of the game instead
• Controls - now, when opening a Chest or choosing an item at the start of the game, Survivors will use the keyboard instead of the mouse
• Props - improved Prop controls - now they quickly speed up when jumping, do not shake when standing still, and their movement is smoother
• Props - now Props will not be able to stand up with Shift if they do not have enough space for it
• Props - added breaking stages for 7 old props
• Granny - improved hands’ appearance in first person
• Killers - now there will be no white screen and freeze frame during stun, and Killers will have a new animation
• Killers - added a new Propmachine breaking animation
• Killers - improved the hit system - now hits will reach props that are under tables and other objects
• All maps - now that there is the new hit system for Killers, we cleared maps of invisible collisions and unnecessary objects under tables and other similar places - now props will have more possibilities to hide and blend with the environment
• Farm - added a small area behind the mill and moved one of the Propmachines there, making it safer
• Farm - switched locations of Propmachine and Hypnochair in the large greenhouse
• Farm - added some trodden paths in the cornfield
• House - expanded the room with an Exit Door near the garage
• House - added another Closable Door on the first floor
• House - improved balance in the dining room and the library
• House - removed the Killer’s Chest on the second floor
• Camp - the Bus-Canteen-Stage triangle was made more inconvenient for the Killer
• Abbey - slightly changed location of 4 Propmachines, and now they are safer
• School - added a barrier in the corridor on the first floor
• School - expanded the stairs in the gym
• Castle - the Exit Door in the long hall has been moved to the room with the round table
• Castle - moved the Chest in the room with the round table to the room wth the statue
• Castle - added more obstacles in the courtyard
• Village - Hypnochair locations are now spaced evenly
• Village - added a third Killer Chest near the mill
• Village - added more obstacles between the church and the central building
• Village - slightly changed lighting
• Propmachine - Reaction Check arrow movement speed was increased by 3.5% (speed under Curse was not changed)
• Chest - now the chance of legendary item drop, which was 10%, will now dynamically decrease to 3% if all 4 Survivor are alive, and to 6% if 3 Survivors are alive
• Camera and Energy Drink - temporarily removed from the game
• Ancient Book - now Ancient Book makes the Survivor completely invisible
• Building Set - the number of charges was increased from 3/4/5 to 4/6/8

Fixes:
• Banshee - fixed Banshee losing speed at the start of using Flight
• Banshee - fixed that it was impossible to jump and use Flight at the same time
• Impostor - fixed various bugs with Voice Lines when in disguise
• Impsotor - fixed that if Impostor was stunned while simulating Propmachine repair, the Propmachine would keep making the repair sound
• Akasha - fixed knocked down Survivors being able to absorb damage from Blade Dance
• Sheet-Man - fixed Sheet-Man’s weapon and hook appearing black in the lobby
• All maps - various collision and sound fixes
• House and Village - map optimization
• Village - fixed that at the start of the game Killer could spawn in the same place as Survivors
• Chest - fixed that two identical items could drop from Chest
• Controller - fixed Survivors not being able to use items and Impostor not being able to disguise
• UI Tab - fixed that pressing Tab for the first time did not work in lobby
• UI Voice Lines - fixed the voice lines not working if you waited for the cooldown with the voice lines window on the screen
• Various fixes to gameplay

Patch 2.1.1

Patch 2.1.1 is now live!

Changes:
• Sheet-Man - the price of Sheet-Man was reduced to 500 Propcoins, and with a 50% discount he can now be purchased for 250 Propcoins! All players who have already bought Sheet-Man for the original price will be automatically refunded upon starting the game
• Sheet-Man - now you can play as Sheet-Man in a custom game without having purchased him
• Sheet-Man - now when throwing Hook, the initial size of its collision will be twice as small, and the collision will gradually increase to the standard size depending on the distance travelled
• Last Survivor - Last Survivor mode now will not activate if at least one of the Survivors escaped through Exit Doors
• Custom Game - character selection in custom game will not affect the automatic character selection in Quick Game
• Village - a new prop added - a tricycle
• Village - added random prop positions
• Village - improved map lighting, partially fixed various issues with props being lighter or darker than their surroundings
• Village - replaced and removed some Early Slavic symbols
• Village - various fixes and improvements to collisions, textures and optimization of the map
• Chains - Chains can no longer be used on the same Survivor on a Hypnochair twice

Fixes:
• Multiplayer - fixed various Propcoin and MMR crediting bugs
• Multiplayer - fixed that when Killer left the match survivors would get the message saying ’Trapped’ on the screen
• Multiplayer - fixed a possible reason of some players seeing 4 Propmachines as repaired, while others saw 5 Propmachines repaired
• Sheet-Man - fixed Poop’s gas slowing down props by 50% instead of 30%
• Sheet-Man - fixed Sheet-Man being able to stun himself while pulling a Survivor or a Prop toward him
• Sheet-Man - reduced the chance of Hook being able to pull a Survivor through Closable Doors
• Chains - fixed that if the Killer used Chains at the same time as Survivor getting rescued, the Chains would stay on the empty Hypnochair
• Hypnochair - fixed several Survivors being able to help a Survivor to get out of Hypnochair
• Hypnochair - fixed Chains not disappearing if a Survivor escaped Hypnochair using Lockpick
• UI Loading - fixed that sometimes loading screen could show the map from the previous match
• UI Main Menu - fixed that if you open the list of friends and immediately press Esc, the entire UI would be blocked except for the friends list
• UI Main Menu - fixed ‘New Killer’ notification reappearing sometimes
• UI Propbox - fixed that sometimes the preview texture of the new banner could be blurry
• Miscellaneous - fixed that after the Character’s contact with fluid surface, they would leave wet boot footprints
