It’s the final week of the Forza Horizon 5 Summer Party and we’re ending it on a high exhaust note. Put your pedal to the metal and unlock the final rewards this series has for you.

Week 4 of the series will let you get behind the wheel of the last stand of the muscle car era: the 1973 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am SD-455. Creating this car was a feat on its own: since the OPEC oil embargo was at its peak, Pontiac’s engineers wanted to build a fast car, but they needed it to be emission friendly. Not only did they manage to do both, but they also created an iconic engine of the era: the Super Duty 455. Hello everyone and welcome to the second Feedback Update for the Forza Community Hubs. If you missed the first edition, this series of blogs is where we update our players with the latest and most popular topics posted by you on the Suggestions Hub and Troubleshooting Hub. Between celebrating new game features and car releases to sharing insights on popular topics and the latest progress on prominently reported game issues.

It’s been a busy couple of months for the Forza team as we prepare for the release of Forza Motorsport on October 10 and release monthly series updates for Forza Horizon 5.


Since our previous blog, we’ve seen a total of 239,000 votes cast – an increase of 35% over the past three months! Thank you for these contributions. Your feedback is invaluable and is used to make Forza better for the entire community as highlighted below.

[h2]Car Voting[/h2]

Let’s start with cars, the most popular forum in the Suggestions Hub! We continue to introduce highly upvoted cars into Forza Horizon 5 – here’s a look at some of the most notable vehicles we’ve added or announced, all of which are #NewToForza:

• 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series – the 4th most requested car, with over 1000 votes, added in Forza Horizon 5’s Upgrade Heroes series.
  
• 2019 Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 – the 6th most requested car, coming to Forza Motorsport.
  
• 2022 Toyota GR86 – the 7th most requested car, coming to Forza Horizon 5 in the Summer Party series.
  
• 2023 Lotus Emira – part of the Forza Horizon 5 Horizon Racing Car Pack, and coming to Forza Motorsport.
  
• 2020 Automobili Pininfarina Battista – coming to Forza Motorsport.

Truck fans got their hands on the classic 1986 Ford F-150 and 1972 Chevrolet K-10 along with the new GMC HUMMER EV in Forza Horizon 5’s Explore the Horizon series. We also revealed the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray and 2023 No. 01 Cadillac Racing V-Series.R as cover cars for Forza Motorsport. Head to the Car Voting section of the Suggestion Hub to vote on your most desired car models for Forza Horizon 5 and Forza Motorsport.


Community input is just one of the elements we consider when adding new cars or features to Forza – sometimes we'll add surprises like the Donut Media Hi-Low 370Z cars and the Barbie 1956 Chevrolet Corvette EV. [h2]Forza Horizon 5[/h2]

The Explore the Horizon content update upgraded Photo Mode with time of day and weather settings as well as placement of the driver character outside the car – all highly requested suggestions in the Creative section of the Suggestions Hub. A selection of trucks received overlanding parts in aero upgrades, and as part of the Upgrade Heroes update, we added 27 new rims available to equip on all cars. Body kits and rims are popular community requests – head to the Branded Car Parts section of the Suggestions Hub to let us know which third party parts you'd like to use on your cars.


Car Features suggestions around customization continue to receive the most votes among Forza Horizon 5 topics with New Forza Aero leading at 733 votes. Increasing the file limit for shared tuning and paint designs is currently ranked #2 with 381 votes. Other top voted Forza Horizon 5 ideas include Collisions Off multiplayer racing and increasing the garage count limit over 1000 cars.

In addition to the Suggestions Hub we've also been collecting feedback about the cars and content added in each series through Polls on the Forums. As a result of the community's feedback around the day/night cycle, we're extending the night-time permanently as part of the Summer Party update. Be sure to let us know how we did with the Upgrade Heroes series at the conclusion of the Spring season.

[h2]Forza Motorsport[/h2]

In June we published an Initial Track List, confirming some of the 20 tracks that will be in Forza Motorsport at launch. You can still let us know which tracks you'd like to see in the game in the Suggestions Hub’s Track Voting section, where Interlagos is currently the most requested with 697 votes.


We also provided the first look at Forza Motorsport's single-player career mode, Builders Cup, featuring Open Practice, advanced AI opponents, a new approach to race rewards with Challenge the Grid, and car building progression. This sparked a surge in interest around upgrading cars in multiplayer which we'll cover in a future reveal. Currently the most upvoted topic other than tracks is Pit Stop animation with 90 votes. Other top voted ideas include cockpit steering animation and race flags.

[h2]Troubleshooting Hub[/h2]

The Troubleshooting Hub is our centralized place for bug tracking, currently focused on Forza Horizon 5. User reports have helped draw attention to emerging issues and improved investigation turnaround time, as shown by a hotfix in May which addressed a driving issue impacting players using the manual shifting setting.


The current top voted FH5 Report New Issues item – Hitbox/Clipping Issues with 36 votes – will be addressed in the July content update. As you continue to post and upvote new issues, we also encourage players to upvote Known Issues so that the team can continue to monitor how widespread these issues are. Current top issues:

- Saves - "Too Many Saves" error message (23 votes)
- Performance - Game Freezes at End of Some Races (19 votes)
- Wheels - Wheels and FFB not functioning (17 votes)
- The Trial - Player is kicked back to Free Roam (16 votes)
- EventLab props failing to load (16 votes)
- Eliminator - Players can't see challenge notification (14 votes)
- Collectibles - No collision on Bonus Boards (13 votes)

While we use the Forums for bug reporting, all crashing issues, lost saves, and enforcement questions should be directed to Forza Support via ticket.

The barbecue continues to sizzle as the Summer Party enters its second week at Horizon Mexico!

As part of the iconic Legends Tour, Riley Stair created a custom Trans Am that was picked to be made into a Hot Wheels car; this bespoke variant of the beloved muscle car is now within your reach via the Festival Playlist!

Riley’s creation packs a serious punch bursting over 1,000 horsepower under the hood with a mind-blowing iron block LSx V8 that was built especially for the car. This spiced-up version of the Trans Am will be available starting July 27.


This week the Forzathon Shop features an old-timey speedster (with massive steampunk vibes), the Napier Railton straight out of 1933. Bask in the glory of its W12 engine that can amass 580 bhp!

You will also be able to find the stunning 2019 Ferrari 488 Pista. The iconic hood, magnificent racing stripes, and the mightiest V8 Ferrari had ever made, make this a must have for lovers of the Prancing Horse and motorheads alike. The Air Guitar emote and Orange Race Suit clothing item will also be available to give your character a fresh look.
