Passive Skill Changes

Some of the passive skills have been changed. They were not affecting the whole gameplay or were not good as some of the other passives.
Ranger
-'Speed Up' passive, which increases basic arrow speed, has been changed to Windrush :
"Every time you hit enemies, you stack Windrush, which increases your movement speed by 1% (Max: 15%). You lose 5 stacks when you get hit"
-'Another One' passive, which lets you shoot 2 basic attack arrows, has been changed to Evasion :
"Every kill gives 2% chance to evade attacks, up to 70%. You lose 20% chance if you get hit"
-'Fly Through' passive, which makes basic attack arrows pierce, has been changed to Volley :
"Every damaged enemy fills up Volley bar. When maxed, a volley of arrows get shot in front of you, each pierces one enemy"
Mage
-'Boom It' passve, which makes the basic attack deal area damage, has been changed to Echo :
"Your 25th hit to enemies will leave a damage area under the last hit enemy"
-'Reduce' passive, which decreases skill cooldowns, has been changed to Orbital :
"At every 10th kill, with 35% chance, rotating orbs spawn around you"
Assassin
-'Twin Strike' passive, now in effect for all skills, not just basic attack :
"You will strike twice at your 25th hit"
Warrior
-'Scatter' passive is not tied to basic attack anymore:
"At every 10th kill, with 25% chance, you spread small axe fragments around you"
Outlaw
-'Minade' passive, which leaves mines when you dodge, has been changed. Now it's in effect with all attacks:
"At every 25th hit, with 35% chance, a bomb spawns on top of the enemy"
-'Expullet' passive, which makes basic attack bullets explode, has been changed to Deflect :
"Every kill gives 2% chance to deflect attacks with bombs around you, up to 60%. You lose 20% chance with each deflect"[/p]
