Dev Note: Damage / Defence Changes

In campaign, with each map damage,defence and health values of monsters scale up. This was the same in endgame. For example, Howling Glacier map was easier than any map on any difficulty because the values of the enemies in that map were lower. This is changed. Every map has the same values in endgame now. Campaign is still the same.

Other than that, enemy damage and defence scaling for each difficulty is changed. The scale rate is much lower now, so the difference between any difficulty and one above it won't be huge. Escpecially for higher difficulties.
