Bug Fixes and Minor Improvements

  • Fixed an issue when connecting with a player in a different world scene.
  • Fixed leaving a dungeon after leaving a party sometimes sending you to the wrong location.
  • Added "Equipped" filter to sorting options for inventories.
  • Added a clownfish lure item to fishing merchant inventories to make them easier to catch.
  • Increased the value of some higher end refined crafting materials to make them more profitable to craft.
  • Added a "Sell All Junk" button to the merchant sell interface.
  • Fixed a ship at the ship graveyard missing a texture.
  • Fixed moonrock amulet giving you incorrect materials when salvaging it.
  • Fixed the "Reduce Ship Rocking" accessibility setting not saving its state between play sessions.
  • Fixed the Ignis Mallet weapon having an extremely bright light emission.
  • Fixed the Keeper's Chest rewarding less items than intended.
  • Fixed the wrong error message being displayed when trying to place a no trade decoration on another player's ship.
  • The crafting interface no longer hides item obtained indicators.
  • Fixed the rotation of ship decorations not maintained when you move an item on another player's ship.
  • Fixed not being able to open chests seen by the lantern or revealing.
  • Fixed placing a decoration on another player's ship while standing on your own actually placing the decoration on your own ship instead.
  • Added ability to cycle item marks in the ship inventory window.
  • You can now perform swimming speed boosts while on top of the water, similar to when you are underwater.
  • Increased the drop rate of the Moonrock Blade recipe.
  • Reduced the recipe requirements to make the Draught of Vitality potion.
  • Increased the drop rate of maps to loot caves.
  • Added mining deposit caves for specific types of ore.
  • Possible fix for underwater caves being very washed out for some players.
  • Reduced the intensity of ghost cutlass material slightly.
  • Fixed weapons that scaled with two stats being a little underpowered compared to those that scale with a single stat.

  • Fixed the wrong message being displayed when another party member declines a scene transition.
  • Fixed an error if you try to sell multiple stacks of an item with 0 value.
  • Added the ability to craft multiple items at once.
  • Added an option to adjust the sun shadow quality resolution.
  • Added a brightness slider in the graphics settings.
  • Fixed an issue where buying the Warlord's Token from a merchant would cause a confirmation pop up asking if you wanted to sell the item.
  • Fixed an issue where you couldn't see the diggable grave at some graveyards as part of the "Hunt for the Heirloom" quest.
  • Fixed an issue where Redwood Islands would sometimes generate in a way that would prevent quest POIs from spawning on them.
  • Fixed some typos.
  • Fixed an issue where the Ashwalker's Ward item was protecting you from lava damage.
  • Slightly reduced the amount of memory the game uses.
  • Fixed some memory leaks.
  • The death interface is no longer full screen, so you can still see your surroundings after you die.
  • Fixed an issue where map items would sometimes point to the same island you were on when they were supposed to point to a different one.
  • Gamepad bumpers are now bound to crafting station history traversal.
  • Slightly increased the size of the sea treasure rings.
  • Increased the amount of damage that bombs can do.
  • Fixed a quest NPC (Rinn) sometimes not spawning in multiplayer if one person wasn't on the correct part of the quest.
  • Fixed an issue where some quest items could spawn multiple times.
  • Fixed an issue where unlocking a pirate vault door would consume more than one vault key if you had multiple.
  • Adjusted death mechanics in multiplayer. Allow other players to revive fallen party members with a health potion, but otherwise they cannot revive themselves until the combat is finished.
  • Increased experience gained in the throwing skill tree.
  • Locking and unlocking a ship wheel now plays two different sound effects.
  • The Fishing Guild Outpost now has a fast travel beacon.
  • Slightly lowered the extra health enemies gain for each additional multiplayer player.
  • Fixed an issue where equipping an item while holding a book could cause an error, resulting in the book disappearing.
  • Fixed an issue where throwing knives would sometimes get stuck spinning when they hit a chest.
  • Fixed a bug that would cause you to maintain dodge velocity after exiting the water.

  • Fixed a problem that would sometimes cause networking errors, such as not being able to see other players and their name in the interface not displaying correctly.
  • Allow more waypoints to be placed on the map.
  • Fixed the Ship Supplier merchant turning towards you without playing the appropriate animation.
  • Fixed the Item Upgrade interface not being localized properly.

  • If one player has the key to a sea fortress, they can now allow all party members to enter.
  • Fixed an issue where you could no longer equip any weapons or other handheld items, if you unequipped certain items while drinking a potion.
  • The map background no longer slows down the gamepad cursor.
  • Fixed getting stuck in combat state if you are in combat when you disconnect from a multiplayer game.
  • Fixed too many footstep sounds playing if a lot of NPCs were spawned, causing some minor performance issues and causing some other sounds to clip.
  • Fixed an issue where the wrong popup message would appear if not all party members met the requirements to enter an area, making it look like you didn't meet the requirements.
  • Fixed a number of minor code bugs that were causing errors.
  • Fixed boss-spawned enemies spawning immediately when connecting to multiplayer.
  • Fixed encountering an error while saving causing a bugged state where future saving operations to fail during a play session.
  • Fixed an issue where you sometimes couldn't find the item needed for the quest "The Second Map Piece".
  • Fixed the "Boots of the Feather" item unintentionally not providing any armor bonus.
  • Added a setting to enable/disable the camera head bob effect.
  • Removed the extra button press to mark an island on your map after using a sextant to determine your location while on an uncharted island.
  • Added a map to Barlow's House.

  • Fixed an issue that would cause frequent stuttering, in which updates to Steam friend statuses would cause an expensive interface refresh, especially if you had a lot of friends.
  • Fixed an issue where you would continue burning after touching a fire.
  • Added slowdown when gamepad cursor is over something clickable, and an option to adjust this.
  • Added option to adjust gamepad cursor speed.
  • Fixed the name of marauder's crown.
  • Shrunk the collider on chip log slightly.
  • Fixed multiple of the same journal in prison of the damned.
  • Fixed a problem with aspect of eris dialogue.
  • Fixed a bright brazier in captain flints hideout.
  • Fixed gamepad joystick able to zoom map when using keyboard mouse.
  • Fixed being able to open the map when you weren't supposed to be able to (over top some other interfaces).
  • Added unique block sounds for staves.
  • Armor crafted at weaving stations now has a unique sound.
  • Fixed the normal sailboat having the angler sailboat visuals.
  • Fixed an issue where you could get stuck behind a bookcase in the Mad King's Shipwreck
  • Fixed issues with retrieving a some of the recently added ship decorations.
  • Fixed turning using a gamepad also rotating the decoration you are placing.
  • Fixed the join code field saying to enter 6 digit join code while the actual join codes are more than 6 digits.
  • Fixed a rare error when teleporting to a ship that no longer exists.
