Two Strikes netcode is close to be ready.

Hey all! Sorry for the lack of news here. It is not for the lack of work though.

We are working like crazy to finish the netcode for the game, so we can finally apply the game for consoles. I've never imagined implementing a good online net code would be so difficult, especially if you think about cross-play, but we are almost there.

We started performing long test sessions to find all the bugs in the online implementation and to fix any weird behavior that we could find. The good news is: that latency, rollback frames, and package loss were very very rare problems. Most of the initial testing showed that just normal implementation bugs were found but that also affected the online play.

We are working on those now and will continue with the testing for the next couple of weeks until we are finally ready to do a weekend of testing with you. I will let you know when we get closer to that. On top of that we are working to get certified for Nintendo, Xbox, and Playstation so we can release the game on the same day for all platforms.

The bad news is that, unfortunately, we will not be able to release the game with ranked matches, only with casual online matches. You will be able to create a room and let your friend join as well. But we are planning on adding this feature as soon as we release the game, so don't worry, we will have it.
