- [p]Added “Salary Manager” upgrade, which automatically meets your staff’s salary expectations every time they level up.[/p]
- [p]Added visualization of salary expectation in each character’s salary slider.[/p]
- [p]Added columns “Salary expectation” and “Days until retirement” in Staff Overview.[/p]
- [p]Added “Longevity Protocols” skill, which freezes aging for characters who have trained it.[/p]
- [p]Increased the average default “Days until retirement” (average 80 days at level 1).[/p]
- [p]Increased variation in default “Days until retirement” (15 days variation per level).[/p]
- [p]Guests now pay for their stay at check-in instead of check-out.[/p]
- [p]A 100% refund is now issued if a guest is kicked out.[/p]
- [p]Slowed down mood loss caused by low salary.[/p]
- [p]Reduced Rule by Fear mood change from -10% to -7.5%.[/p]
- [p]Increased start money in scenarios (Gothenburg: 100k -> 200k, Santorini 100k -> 125k).[/p]
- [p]The “Maintenance understaffed” warning is no longer triggered when the issue is caused by a broken item that requires a Technician-skilled staff member and none are available.[/p]
- [p]Various minor fixes and tweaks.[/p]
