  • Bunker 11 has been added (not finished by any means but it's getting there)
  • Scar-H added (7.62 rifle)
  • New findable build parts added (mostly bathroom stuff like toilets and sinks)

  • Adjusted network and gameplay performance of all damage dealing events
  • Adjusted melee weapon position to stop booping you in the face while in first person
  • Increased the size of the Rush Backpacks
  • Reduced max zombie item drops from 7 to 5
  • Dead zombies now have extra time before despawn after being looted to prevent zombies disappearing while being looted
  • Dead zombies no longer need a full search timer to loot if they've already been searched

  • Fixed bug with magazines not allowing loading of partial stacks to top off the magazine
  • Fixed bug with crawling zombies not dealing damage
  • Fixed bug with foundation stairs not being able to be placed in front of doorframes

  • Fixed storage buildables not dropping contained items if picked up

  • Major adjustments to the backend of the interact menu hitpoint progress bar for performance optimizations and memory management in worlds with many player built objects
  • Adjusted interact menu for crop plots to have Harvest as the first option instead of Water
  • Reduced how much each tick of rainfall fills the crop plots

  • More bug fixes that could cause foliage like trees, cars, etc to respawn over built objects
  • Fixed bug with sleeping bags and other respawn points possibly spawning you in bad positions
  • Fixed multiple bugs with no travel servers
  • Fixed bug with settings menu resetting your selected mic every time you opened it

  • Fixed a large multiplayer performance bug with how the game was handling world items
  • Fixed bug with not being able to Set Down objects on top of other objects
  • Fixed bug with exiting a PvE server kicking everyone out
  • Fixed bug with removing attachments from weapons on the ground not updating correctly
  • Fixed bug with placing weapons directly up and down in multiplayer as client not displaying correctly

Patch 0.2.3

Patch 0.2.3: Additions
  • Proximity voice chat has been added (Default hotkey is T, rebindable in settings but is always push to talk)
  • Log out timer enabled for PvP servers (This is a love/hate thing for most players; but disabling full combat logging is needed in order to have any sort of meaningful gameplay on a PvP server; there is no timer on PvE servers or single player)
  • Additional clean up for 'locked' server play
  • Added some more records
  • Added dressers and a wardrobe to craftable objects
  • Added craftable wall shelves


Changes
  • Adjustments to foliage (trees/cars/etc) spawning system to prevent them from spawning inside of your existing bases
  • Adjusted helmets to display correctly when Set Down is used on flat surfaces (doesn't work on walls yet)
  • Adjusted guns to display correctly when Set Down is used on flat surfaces (doesn't work on walls yet)


Bug Fixes
  • Fixed bug with some of the admin commands not working as intended
  • Fixed bug with stat level up notification not saying the stat like it should
  • Fixed issue with one of the diner interiors not being placed correctly

Patch 0.2.2

A lot of intangible progress in this update, but there's a lot of work on the backend to keep pushing towards a better game. The next few updates are going to be heavily focused towards content like weaponry, armor, clothing, and building interiors.

Thank you to all the players being diligent with reporting bugs and issues; keep them coming!

Patch 0.2.2:

  • First version of the Base Claim Flag has been added (expect changes and improvements)
  • Gramophone and records have made their long awaited return
  • Added a few more collectibles
  • Added basic muzzle flashes to gunfire (will continue to adjust and expand these)
  • Added sound when the Item Salvager monches an item
  • Added option to host a Local (LAN) game along with the option to search only for local games in the Find Game browser
  • Added Direct Connect option in the multiplayer menu to join games via IP:Port
  • Achievements are working again, many more achievements to be added over the next few updates
  • Added more admin controls for server administrators
  • First iteration of 'locked' servers where inventory travel is disabled for server hosts who want vanilla survival style servers

  • Adjusted harvest objects like trees, rocks, cars, etc to save their remaining respawn duration throughout the playtime, instead of requiring uninterrupted playtime to respawn (harvestable objects may respawn on first startup after this change, then be good afterwards)
  • Bush type foliage no longer blocks melee weapon swings
  • Adjusted how the game loads item data to prevent picked up items for not being added to inventory if the underlying information hasn't been loaded
  • Campfires burn wood at a more reasonable rate now (faster)
  • Reduced Grizzly and Deer respawn timers
  • Adjusted consumable items to attempt a fix for consuming not working in multiplayer as client
  • Adjusted consumable medical items to heal more efficiently without wasting available remaining health for other damaged body parts
  • Changed how many of the functions on the firearms perform actions over the network
  • Unique player IDs in the Trusts menu and admin panel are now copy-able
  • Adjustments to player death setup to prevent mismatched death states
  • Crop Plots can no longer be harvested by non-owners in PvE and No Raid game modes


[h2]Bug Fixes[/h2]
  • Yet again attempting a fix for zombies sometimes sliding away slowly after being escorted beyond their undeath
  • Fix issue that would cause trees, rocks, cars, etc to not be removed as expected when joining a multiplayer session
  • Greatly increased how large of an inventory you can travel with (there is still a limit! If you load in to a game and your inventory doesn't load, it's because you're trying to bring too much stuff in)
  • Fixed issue with Crop Plot interact menu not working as it should
  • Fixed multiple ADS bugs that would allow your character to do some totally wicked, back breaking rolls where the upper body didn't move while the legs whirled around your character like wagon wheels (RIP Synestero's Kickflip)
  • Fixed Firearm not unscoping when ramming the gun in to objects
  • Fixed some bugs with the world map displaying friends incorrectly sometimes
  • Fixed some of the diners not having updated doorframe sizes (they're also slightly bigger now)
  • Fixed not being able to loot player bodies after dying in situations where the body slides or moves far away from original death point
  • Fixed some issues with the battery charger not updating its charge status light and the battery being charged not being visible on the actual charger when it should
  • Fixed issue that would allow you to skip craft timers by looting container
