Here are the patchnotes:
FIXED:
- Fixed a bug where the Underdust lift was rotated the wrong way on some Tower locations.
- Fixed a bug where Noah’s computer at the Greenhouse Tower wasn’t showing its powered-up state properly (and a reminder that there is a HOLD trigger to progress)
- Fixed the missing description on a terminal in The Borrowed Pal side quest
- Fixed a bug where the player could fly from the Tutorial without completing the “Depart from the location” quest, leading to not getting the Airship Builder study recipe
- Fixed a bug where some side quest locations weren’t spawning in the world
- Fixed a bug where the Temporary Camp location meshes appeared at the very last second.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Side Quest “The metal heads” can sometimes appear at two Radio Towers
- FPS Drops in the Underdust
- Some of the tower batteries cannot be found
