With 1.0.6 we continued focusing on optimization, memory leak cleanup, and overall stability improvements.
This update should further reduce crash frequency and improve overall smoothness across many gameplay systems.

Fixes & Improvements

Continued memory leak cleanup and performance optimizations across UI, widgets, and background systems.

Fixed multiple Misactor-related bugs, including:

Misactor not being able to interact with certain UI panels.

General Misactor functionality issues.

Fixed an issue where Asteroid detail widgets could remain stuck on screen.

Fixed a bug in Saving The Anka mission where the prison building did not appear on the map.

Resolved an issue where merging crates could result in duplicate items.

Fixed a Stargate stuck issue and a crash triggered when using perks during Stargate travel.

Fixed a bug in Combining Friends mission where entering the cave out of sequence could lock the mission.

Fixed a bug causing black screen stuck when entering Guild buildings.

Fixed several issues occurring when fast traveling between systems connected by Node Probes during missions.

About Crashes

Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully eliminate crashes for every player yet —
but this update significantly reduces their frequency for most systems and scenarios.
We’re actively tracking the remaining issues, and our goal is to fully resolve them as soon as possible.

This update focuses primarily on performance improvements and overall stability.

Over the past few days, we’ve been working intensively to track down memory issues, optimize UI systems, and reduce crash frequency across a wide range of hardware. 1.0.5 includes several backend improvements that should make the experience smoother and more consistent.

We know there are still gameplay-related bugs some of you are encountering.
We’re actively working on them, and they will be addressed very soon in the next updates.

VRAM Usage & Memory Improvements

We’ve implemented several fixes and optimizations to improve overall VRAM usage, especially in stations, planets, and dungeon interiors. In our internal tests, VRAM-related leak issues improved by around 70%.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where drones on the WRA ship could not be used.

Fixed a problem where reaching Rank 3 in the Brotherhood guild would not grant the corresponding ship.
If you already reached Rank 3 before this update, please change any star system once to trigger a refresh and receive the ship.

For the past 16 hours we’ve been working non-stop to address the most critical issues; especially warp-related crashes. We tested every possible scenario we could reproduce and made several major structural adjustments.

  • [p]Warp Arrival Crash Fixes: Several core systems related to warp transitions were rebuilt. Multiple rare crash scenarios have been addressed.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed: After completing a Plunder operation, players were unable to manually warp to another system.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed: Players could not warp to their mothership after raids, preventing docking and fast relocation.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed: Manual warp becoming unresponsive in certain raid → travel transitions.[/p]

  • [p]Subtitles now scale correctly at all resolutions, and their size can be adjusted from the settings menu.[/p]

    This issue should no longer occur. Players who have already encountered the bug can resolve it by leaving the system and returning once.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed: In the “Saving Anka” mission, the “Help the Pilots” step would not progress if a side mission was active in the same system.
    This is now fixed. If you are currently stuck, simply exit the system and come back to refresh the objective.[/p]

  • [p]First-person view obstruction inside the XM-1 ship has been removed.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where ship items were duplicated inside the Ship Service interface.[/p]

  • [p]Dynamic Drone Maintenance perk now deactivates properly when turned off.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed: An alignment issue causing capital ship turrets to face incorrect directions has been resolved.[/p]
