Tales and Tactics Steam Next Fest Demo - Now Live!

Hello Tacticians,
To celebrate Tales and Tactics being part of Steam Next Fest! We are announcing our Early Access release date of August 3rd!
As part of Steam Next Fest you will be able to play the latest demo build all week long!

Tales & Tactics blends the roguelike strategy genre with the squad-based autobattler genre, creating a one-of-a-kind experience tailor made for a single player adventure. No time limits and no pressure means you have all the time in the world to take in the game's mechanics and characters, and to strategize correctly for the fight ahead of you. With a quick and easy tutorial, and mechanics that start off simple and approachable, anyone can learn to play. The mechanics will only get more complex if you want them to, with our unique "complexity at your own pace" unlock system.

Check out our new teaser trailer here with the all new visual overhaul!

We are also pleased to announce we are partnering with Yogscast Games as a publisher for Tales & Tactics! Nothing will change when it comes to development and features - Yogscast Games will just be helping with marketing support and helping fund the development!

We will be broadcasting the Yogscast live stream of Tales & Tactics to the Steam page all week long. Watch Ben, Alex, Daf and a special guest battle through the trails and tribulations of the Grand Tournament. We are sure there will certainly be some comedic moments too.

We hope you enjoy the demo and are looking forward to the early Access launch on August 3rd! We would love to hear your feedback either on the Steam forums or on our Discord server!

Those developers - Table 9 Studio - are now back with their own not-modded game: an auto-battling, fantasy Chess roguelike called Tales & Tactics.
