As mentioned in the Devlog #10, you can find the patch notes for the demo.

Unfortunately, given the new features, assets and systems, previous saves will not be compatible with this new version of the game. Furthermore, at the moment french localization is temporary and can be improved. If you see any bugs or typo, please let us know on discord how we can improve!
