Hello again, explorers!

Wow ! Over 90 DevLogs already!

For a long time, I’ve been showing you what we’ve been working on. I truly enjoyed sharing our progress through these DevLogs, reading your opinions, and interacting with fans along the way.

But now, the work on Alaska is slowly coming to an end.

So far, we’ve talked about lighting, characters, and the world itself. Today, we want to take a step back and look at the bigger picture - the many ways you’ll live, work, and survive in Alaska.



At its core, Alaska Gold Fever is about the mine.

Digging deep into the frozen earth, expanding tunnels, managing risks, and chasing that shining promise of gold - this is the main pillar of the experience. The mine is where ambition meets danger, and where every decision can bring fortune… or collapse.

But mining is not the only path.







Alaska isn’t only about digging.

Running a hotel or managing a farm gives you alternative ways to earn dollars. Providing shelter, food, and services to other settlers helps build stability in a world where survival often depends on more than raw resources.





You won’t be alone.

Buying goods from NPCs, interacting with townsfolk, and completing quests are all part of daily life. Trade, favors, and relationships shape your journey just as much as gold veins do.

Alaska is harsh - but it’s also a community.





And then there’s the wild.

You’ll explore vast landscapes, travel with dog sleds, hunt for food and resources, and witness breathtaking views of untouched nature.







This marks the last DevLog in this broader “world overview” style.

From here on, we’ll move closer to launch. Upcoming DevLogs will focus on concrete mechanics, systems, and features - showing exactly how things work and what you can expect when the game arrives.
