Bug fixes and updates

Defeating the boss now will automatically revive the dead player.
Leave the game and return to the main page to prompt for an update.
Scarecrow will not die now.
Item selection UI is now centered.
Fixed the problem that after the crosshair follow is turned off, it will be enabled again when entering the next level.
Fixed the character selection page in the village, clicking esc would get stuck.
Fixed the problem that the character will be resurrected after the game ends.
