Who is working on DDS2? Meet the devs!
Dealers, do you know who made DDS2? Well, of course, there are the in-game credits, and we had the Let’s Play series with the main devs.
And that’s the thing: there are not that many people working on DDS2! We have 3 full-time devs, a composer, and a small team responsible for sound design, 3D art, 2D art, UI/UX design and additional assistance.
So if you missed our interviews with Big Boss Rafal, K. Pietras, Iga and Marcin, here they are – the individuals, operating as Byterunners, responsible for the criminal doings on Isla Sombra.

We do want to give all these people a little bit of a spotlight, so we will divide the introductions into a few parts. Today let’s shout a hip hip hooray for Big Boss Rafal and Marcin!

Rafał - Lead Developer
Making games is a huge part of who I am and what I do. I worked for years in various branches of IT with the goal of gaining the skills and knowledge to do what I do today. Byterunners aside, I am mostly into music. I play the drums in a band and used to play in many others, and for almost ten years I worked as a stage technician. In my spare time, I also like to watch movies, play video games and from time to time engage in more outdoor activities such as airsoft. I'm also a big dog guy, with a wonderful bunch of three loyal canines at my side.

Marcin - Developer
My adventure with game development began quite randomly and spontaneously. I've always been an avid gamer focusing on both meta-gaming and the cultural aspects of video games. My background is in project management and IT development within the banking area. One day I met Rafał while playing video games. One thing led to another and here I am. Can't complain. Besides that, I'm also quite passionate about playing and making music, building PCs and drinking coffee. I attribute my wide range of interests to having a philosophy degree which, while sounding boring and lame, really gave me a wider perspective on things and pushed me to learn new things. Also, I have a cat named Dog.
