Highlights:


Idferno and Egoshade (in "A Simple Job") have been reworked in these aspects:

  • Code (from scratch)
  • Behaviour and AI
  • Materials and visual effects
  • New sound effects
Rework in various tasks interactions, adding new animations and effects:

"Learning the Basics":

  • Clearing vines
  • Installing doors

"A Simple Job":

  • Collecting and burning trash
  • Setting up boxes
  • Locking cabinets

"The House Always Wins"

  • Cleaning mold
  • Packing slot machines and TV panels
Added "Story Mode" where contracts get substantially easier if enabled (book icon besides the START button in contract selection screen)

Cloud Saves are now working properly

The Demo has been updated

  • Fixed a bug with the permanence system
  • Fixed not being able to play solo after launching the game offline
  • Fixed remaining gamepad issues with icons and behaviours
  • Fixed Beast not being able to pass through small spaces in "The House Always Wins"
  • Fixed a collision issue with the Beast in "The House Always Wins"
  • Fixed mouse being locked when opening the feedback menu
  • Fixed missing icons and subtitles in the PC/Tablet help section
  • Fixed various small bugs related to the cage in "A Simple Job" hunt contract
  • Fixed Steam Invite behaviour
  • Fixed walkie talkie volume bar not respecting muting
  • Fixed microphone icon not responding to player's voice in the PC/Tablet
  • Fixed security door icon behaviour when opened/closed remotely
  • Fixed flicking blackjack numbers in "The House Always Wins" Ringmaster monologue cutscene
  • Fixed a bug that didn't properly block interaction with the generator if the "Repurposed Gambling Table" perk is effective
  • Fixed puddle cleaning visual effect if looked via CCTV
  • Minor fix to item position in lockers
  • Minor fix to microphone icon layer above player's head
  • Minor stability fixes
  • Minor LOD fixes

  • Added new accessibility option to make puzzles easier
  • Added a new screen for map selection before choosing a contract
  • The chosen character is now remembered after leaving other players rooms
